Spa Treatment & Massage Appointment

Thank you for allowing Urban Day Spa to serve all of your massage therapy, body treatment, facial and hydrotherapy treatment needs! We understand how valuable your time is, so Urban Day Spa would like to put you in control of your appointment scheduling by providing you with two easy ways to make your reservation at our spa treatment center in Spring, Texas (Klein Area) or at our spa treatment center in Houston, Texas (Copperfield Area).

Booking a Reservation at the Spa

Urban Day Spa has two convenient ways to schedule your appointment for spa treatments in Klein or spa treatments in Copperfield.

1. You can always call 832.698.1544 or 281.345.7070 and speak to one of our massage therapy & spa treatment representatives.
2. You can go to our online massage scheduler, set up a user profile, and schedule your appointment.

When you schedule your appointments, we send an instant email confirmation. Please check the email to ensure that we scheduled your appointment correctly.

When booking your Houston massage and/or spa appointment online, all we ask is that at the time you schedule your appointment, you must pay online for that appointment via a secure server. If you need to cancel the appointment, we ask that you respect our cancellation policy.

If you are unable to find an appointment through our online scheduler, please feel free to give us a call at 832.698.1544 or 281.345.7070, and we’ll be happy to assist you in meeting your scheduling needs.

Late Cancel / No Show Policy

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours of notice if you need to change, reschedule, or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation fee being charged to your credit card on file.

There is a $25 fee for any 60 minute – 90 minute massage session late cancellations or missed appointments and $50 for any massage session and spa package that is120 minutes or longer. This fee is given to the Massage Therapist to compensate them for the missed appointment.

We require a credit card to be on file for every client.
