- Purchase your spa treatment Gift Certificate online and print it instantly right at your own computer.
Spa Customer Acknowledgments:
The certificate number corresponds to a number that has been electronically assigned for security purposes. Once our system has redeemed the number printed on this certificate, the certificate and the corresponding number are no longer valid.
All gift certificates are non-refundable. Instant gift cards can only be used by the person whose name the card bears.
Gift certificates will be sent via a pdf attachment, so be aware that your spam software may prevent the delivery of the gift certificate. If this occurs, you or the recipient may pick up the gift certificate at our spa in Spring, Texas located at 6396 Louetta Rd, Spring, TX 77379 or at our spa in Houston at 7014 Hwy 6 North, Ste D, Houston, TX 77095.
If the gift certificate is lost, Urban Day Spa will not replace it.
If it has been redeemed by another party, Urban Day Spa is not responsible.
For Fraud prevention and security, you must include the first and last name of the person to whom the gift certificate is being given.
